The main difference between project licences and other types of licences is that our consultants work closely with your architects and engineers to rectify BIM anomalies, establish new product definitions and produce whatif scenarios - on a per project basis.
The annual support fee covers all phone and E-mail support and upgrades to LCADesign, and building product definitions.

The Project:Small licence is for projects whose value is less than AUD2,000,000. The inclusive GST price is AUD990
The Project:Medium licence is for projects whose value is less than AUD4,000,000. The inclusive GST price is AUD1960
The Project:Large licence is for projects whose value exceeds AUD4,000,000. The inclusive GST price is 0.05% of the total project budget.
The Design Licence includes the full IFC import facility and allows the user to work on unlimited number of projects. The inclusive GST price is AUD4950 plus AUD990 per year for a support agreement.
The Education license is supplied to educational institutions. The initial application by E-mail needs to quote the institution and course details and number of students. The sale proceeds by a single invoice and normal software sales terms and conditions as included in the licence. Support is provided via E-mail. The inclusive GST price is AUD66 per student.
